application format

well i have noticed we have some players who dont give much information iits and jdog today in teamspeak we need to work on a application format and i can post it up in here... its very hard to look through mod apps when you don't know what your looking at like
"i want mod make me mod please"
we really need to work on a moderator application so if you think its a good idea just get on teamspeak and we can talk..
